When Tyshar first contacted Angel Adoption, she was confident in what type of family she wanted for her child. When she read Luke and Kylie's profile she felt an instant connection to them. After speaking with them, she knew they were the perfect fit for her child and exactly what she wanted in parents. Baby girl Zaeda was born on July 13, 2016. We are so thankful for strong birthmothers like Tyshar, and loving families like Luke and Kylie. Luke and Kylie adopted in 17 months.
Todd and Karen spent six months getting to know their birthmother, Betty, before their beautiful baby boy was born. Over the course of those six months they were able to treat her and her family to lunch one weekend and enjoy time together. Angel baby Bryce was born on July 9, 2016, healthy and happy. Todd and Karen had to wait 19 months before adopting Bryce, but he was worth the wait!
After one failed adoption, Rocky and Kristin were cautious entering into their relationship with birthmother Hayley. After multiple conversations with Hayley and her mother, everyone started to feel comfortable and enjoyed their conversations. Over Memorial Day weekend, Rocky and Kristin were able to meet Hayley and her mom, spending a wonderful weekend together. Sweet baby girl Dylan Payson was born on July 7, 2016. Even more special than being born into a world that was already so in love with her, Dylan's middle name was selected by Hayley. From all of us at Angel, congratulations to this new family!
After numerous ups and downs and speaking with multiple birthmothers, Tom and Heather were thrilled to receive a phone call that a birthmother was in labor and had selected them as her child's adoptive parents. Tom and Heather quickly packed and headed to South Carolina to meet their son. Brekin Thomas was born July 6, 2016, to adoptive parents that had been waiting months for him. Through all of the struggles, Tom and Heather never lost faith in the process and were blessed with the most beautiful baby boy. Heather and Tom adopted in 19 months, but Brekin was worth the wait!
Larry, Mark, and birthmother Charde have one of those adoption stories that warms everyone's heart. From the first moment they spoke in January 2016, until Charde's due date in July, they had a loving, open relationship full of trust and support. As Larry boarded a plane on June 30, he received a text from Charde that she was in active labor and he made quick flight arrangements for him and Mark to get to her as soon as possible. Madison Lee was born July 1, 2016, with her two daddies and birthmother present and already so in love with her. We are over the moon excited for this new family! Larry and Mark adopted in 12 months.
Taylor and Natalie spent the first year with Angel waiting for the phone call that they had been selected by a birthmother. The magic phone call came for them in May when they were told a birthmother named Heidi had fallen in love with their profile and she was due in just 30 short days. Taylor, Natalie, and Heidi quickly developed a strong relationship and Heidi knew that Taylor and Natalie were the perfect parents for her perfect daughter. Berkely Grace was born on June 27, 2016, with her adoptive parents present for her birth. We are so excited for this beautiful new family. Taylor and Natalie adopted in 17 months!
Bryan and Susan were connected with birthmother Heidi through a series of ups and downs, but in the end, were so grateful for her loving gift. They were able to build a special relationship with her over the final two months of Heidi's pregnancy. Beautiful Eva Marie was born on June 23, 2016. Miles and Aquesha were connected with their beautiful birthmother Terrika just months before her due date. They spent those eight weeks communicating via email and phone calls, providing emotional support and a shoulder to lean on. On June 16, 2016, baby boy Micah was born and Miles and Aquesha were able to be there for the birth. Congratulations to this new family of three! Miles and Aquesha adopted in 13 short months!
L.G. and Airica started the adoption process with the most open of hearts and were able to build a beautiful relationship with their birthmother, Alicia. Over the course of their two-month connection they were able to communicate openly and get to know each other well. L.G. and Airica traveled to Arizona and were able to be present for the birth of John Crewe, born June 15, 2016. John Crewe was born into a family that was already so in love with him and he has made the most perfect addition to this family. L.G. and Airica adopted in just 12 months!
Tori and Michelle have an adoption story that warms our hearts. Birthmother Laura contacted Angel Adoption at only three months pregnant and selected Tori and Michelle as her child's adoptive parents. Tori and Michelle had the opportunity to visit Laura in Illinois and meet her family, only furthering their connection and genuine friendship. Over the remaining six months of Laura's pregnancy, Tori and Michelle provided endless emotional support and continued to build their relationship. Tori and Michelle were able to be present for the birth of Drayton Douglas on June 9, 2016. Tori and Michelle's family not only grew by one when Dray was born, but two when they connected with Laura. We wish nothing but happiness and love to this new family! Tori and Michelle adopted in just eight months.
Richard and Sandra received the call of a lifetime when they were presented with a birthmother that was in active labor and had selected them as her son's adoptive parents. Richard and Sandra quickly packed their car and started the drive from Idaho to Louisiana. Ivan Kayin was born on June 6, 2016, and met his new family shortly after. From the first time that birthmother Katie contacted Angel, she knew that Jason and Andrea were the family for her daughter. Jason and Andrea were able to be present for the birth, welcoming sweet Evelyn into the world on June 1, 2016. Life is full of surprises, so imagine John and Katie's reaction when they found out they had been selected by a birthmother that was due in just four short days! John and Katie found out their new bundle of joy was born on May 31, 2016, and quickly headed to Georgia to meet him. They were instantly in love when they first laid eyes on Greyson Charles, and spent the first day with him and his birthmother. While John and Katie may have waited 15 months to adopt Greyson, those fast couple of days and their son made the wait worth it! Congratulations!
Nine months after signing with Angel, Carey and Rose were selected by their birthmother, Natasha. Carey and Rose spent their time with Natasha building a strong relationship and were able to visit her and her children during her pregnancy. When Natasha went into labor, Carey and Rose were on the first flight out of Florida to meet their son. Carrington was born on May 29, 2016, beautiful and happy as can be! Nothing makes us happier than happily ever afters!
Brett, Amy, and their birthmother Caitlin have a beautiful adoption story. Brett and Amy first spoke with Caitlin in January, and were able to visit her in her hometown in March. All three, plus Caitlin's mom and Caitlin's son, were able to enjoy a weekend together meeting each other and feeling confident with their adoption plan. Edward Henry was born May 21, 2016. Stories like Brett, Amy, and Caitlin's warm our heart and show the magic of adoption! Brett and Amy adopted in nine months.
Birthmom Helana selected Sally and Alex as her child's adoptive parents and spent a handful of months emailing with them. Mid-May, Sally and Alex made the long trek from Alaska to the East Coast for the birth of a beautiful baby girl, born May 18, 2016. Sally and Alex adopted in 14 months! They say the wait is always worth it - Aaron and Ashley know this to be true. Birthmother Taylor made Aaron and Ashley's dreams of becoming parents come true on May 20, 2016, when she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Sam and Robert had their fair share of ups and downs throughout the adoption process, but were connected with their perfect birthmother in March 2016. Maxwell Alexander was born May 13, 2016, and met Sam and Robert shortly after. We are so happy for these two new daddies and their bundle of joy!
Carla and Ryan first spoke with their birthmother, Courtney, in November 2015. They were incredible with Courtney throughout the adoption process and provided her with all the support she needed. Phoebe Kay made her entrance into the world on May 5, 2016, as perfect as could be. During Mike and Jodi's 19 months with Angel Adoption, they made the bold move from Illinois to Georgia! Just as their Georgia home study was approved, they were blessed to be selected by their birthmother, Morgan, who also lived in Georgia. Being only one hour from Morgan, they were able to develop a special bond with her and visit with her frequently, attend doctor appointments with her, and have meals with her family. When Andrew Thomas was born April 20, 2016, Mike and Jodi were right by Morgan's side. We wish nothing but the best for this adorable family!
Steve and Joan received the call of a lifetime when they were told that a birthmother had selected them and that she was in active labor. Beautiful Teresa Emily was born April 17, 2016, and Steve and Joan met her a short 24 hours later. We are over the moon excited for this brand new family of three!
Matt and Lisa first spoke with their birthmother, Julia, in December, and spent four months getting to know her and her father, who was fully supportive of Julia's adoption plan. When Matt and Lisa received the text that Julia was going to be induced, they immediately headed to the hospital to be by Julia's side. Liam was born April 13, 2016, surrounded by all those that love him. From all of us here at Angel, congratulations Matt, Lisa, and Liam!
Just when Ron and April were ready to give up hope, they were contacted by their loving birthmother Candice just one month before her due date. April and Ron were able to visit Candice prior to the birth and build a beautiful friendship with her. Delani Dawn was born on April 6, 2016, into a world that was already so in love with her. Both the birthmother and adoptive parents were part of Delani's naming process, which will forever be a heartwarming story. After 23 months and numerous birthmothers, it's obvious that Candice was the birthmother meant to build April and Ron's family from a family of two to a family to three.
Jeff and Lacey's adoption journey was not an easy one, but well worth it in the end. Their birthmother Timia contacted Angel Adoption just weeks before her due date and felt an instant connection with Jeff and Lacey. Jeff and Lacey made travel arrangements from Hawaii to Virginia and met their daughter Harper Lynn on April 6, 2016. Thanks to their strong birthmother Timia, Jeff, Lacey, and Harper are one of Angel's newest families. Congratulations!
Timothy and Michelle's birthparents contacted Angel Adoption five days before their scheduled C-section. Lindsay and her husband selected Timothy and Michelle as their adoptive parents and they were on the first available flight to Utah. Jackson was born April 5, 2016, with both his adoptive parents present. We are all grateful for this strong birth family and loving adoptive parents, and the beautiful world that Jackson has been welcomed into!
Becky first met her birthmother, Chynna, late in 2015, and built a relationship up through her due date. It wasn't always an easy road for Becky and Chynna, but on February 23, 2016, a baby boy was welcomed into the world! Becky adopted in just 12 months. We are thrilled for Becky and her new son!
Mark and Nicole have such a beautiful adoption story. After adopting their first son through international adoption, they choose to work with Angel Adoption to continue to grow their family. Seth and Becca are no strangers to adoption. Seth's brother adopted from Angel previously, and we were thrilled to work with another member of this family! Seth and Becca were connected with their birthmother, Tyesia, early in her pregnancy. They spent six months working with her and guiding her through the adoption process. The long wait was worth it when Trey Michael was born on March 24, 2016! What a wonderful start to 2016 for this new family! Seth and Becca adopted in six months.
Kathy had just a few short days to get to know the birthparents of her son before she traveled to Missouri to meet healthy baby boy, Elijah! Elijah was born on March 18, 2016. Kathy adopted in 23 months. We are over the moon for Kathy!
