dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
As we think of you each day, we are inspired by your strength and courage. We admire your choice to consider adoption and want to thank you for considering us to raise your child. Even though we haven’t met, our prayers are with you and your baby, and our hearts are full of love for both of you.
We are excited for the opportunity to welcome your child into our home and family. They will have three loving siblings to play with, to learn from, to share in their joy, and to comfort them when needed. Your child will have frequent chances to share in our family’s love of gardening, hiking, good food, reading, spontaneous dance-offs, sports of all kinds, board games, building great things, and more. They will also learn by example the importance of faith, unconditional love, honesty, work, compassion, forgiveness, and sharing fun and laughter.
Most importantly, your child will know that they are loved by us, by God, by you, and by our family and friends. Despite being unable to have more biological children, we feel blessed that our circumstances have led us to you and this opportunity to expand our circle of love.
Much love,
Sara and Jordan
About Us
We are Sara and Jordan! We met in college through mutual friends and quickly realized we wanted to spend our lives together. We are celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary this year and have three children who love spending time together. Our family loves to travel and visit family and friends, but we also enjoy spending quality time at home and exploring the outdoors. Sara is at home full-time and shares her love of cooking and baking with each of our children, who often join in the messy and tasty fun! Sara also loves to read and is exploring an interest in woodworking and interior design. Jordan works remotely in business operations and appreciates the flexibility to spend meals and breaks with the family throughout the day. When he’s not working or completing a home improvement project, Jordan enjoys having adventures with the kids and telling them stories.
Our Home
We live in a spacious home in a small, quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. We are within easy driving distance of church, great schools, and the kids’ activities. Our large yard has a playset, tall trees, and space to run and play. In the summer, we love hiking at the nearby state park, camping, relaxing in the hammock on our deck, and going swimming or doing other water sports at one of the nearby lakes. In the winter, we love sledding in our yard, ice skating, skiing, and snowboarding. Between all the fun activities, we enjoy relaxing together at home and reading good books as a family.
Our Extended Family
We have both been blessed with close-knit, supportive families and love spending time with them regardless of the activity. We live within driving distance of all our immediate family members and are thrilled to live only minutes away from Sara’s parents. Parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, and nieces and nephews (all 19 of them) are familiar and loved on both sides of the family, and we often see them during our spontaneous road trips, reunions, holidays, and other special occasions.
Sara is the fourth of seven children and has always loved building relationships with each sibling individually. In the summers, we enjoy sharing love and laughter at the lake and playing board games into the night after the kids are asleep after an exhausting day of watersports and other fun activities. In the winter, we all bundle up and enjoy sledding, skiing, snowboarding, and broomball.
Jordan is the second of five children, and we all have a shared love of exploring and experiencing new places each time we gather. Crafting, berry picking, trampoline jumping, word games, park finding, swimming, and hiking are just a few of the activities we have done together recently.
What Led Us To Adoption
We both grew up in large families and have multiple extended family members and friends who have been touched by adoption. We have always dreamed of having a large family of our own and felt adoption was going to be a part of that journey as we experienced multiple miscarriages early in our marriage and worsening complications with each pregnancy. Despite this, we have been blessed with three biological children, though all were born premature, with our youngest weighing less than 1.5 pounds at birth. While we are no longer able to have biological children, we are so excited and grateful for the opportunity to expand our family and circle of love through adoption.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
