dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We hope this letter finds you well, although we understand this may be a challenging time for you. We want you to know we admire your courage and strength as you navigate through this difficult decision. It's hard for us to express just how grateful we are for your selflessness in considering adoption for your baby. Your choice is not an easy one, and we want you to know we respect and honor the love you have for your child, even though we haven't met yet.
We understand the pain of longing for a child and the disappointment that comes with failed attempts at conception and IVF. It's a journey filled with ups and downs, but through it all, we've held on to hope and faith that our family will one day be complete. As we write this letter, our hearts are filled with anticipation and longing to welcome a precious little one into our lives. We can only imagine the joy and love your baby will bring if you choose us, and we promise to love, support, and nurture them. They will never know a day without love.
Please understand that you are not alone in this journey. Should you be open to it, we would like to offer our support in any way possible as you make this important decision for your baby's future.
With heartfelt gratitude and warmest regards,
Morgan & Leticia
About Us
We live in the mountains in Colorado. Morgan works as a first responder and firefighter, while Leticia works with a health and wellness company and is an insurance broker. Morgan serves a nearby community, and Leticia works from home. We live in a log cabin home with our three dogs: Ukiah, Bill, and LB. We've lived in Colorado for over five years and are originally from Texas. We visit our families there every three to four months. We love the relaxed pace and quality of life here. Our proximity to a state park allows us to enjoy walking trails and walking to the lake with our dogs. We love outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, camping, and exploring Colorado’s numerous parks in our free time. We're also looking into setting up an outdoor vegetable and herb garden. We both enjoy gardening, and Leticia collects succulents.
Our Home & Pets
In our cozy mountain community in Colorado, our town is centered on mountain and ranching traditions and family. We are surrounded by mountains, pine forests, and aspen groves. We love hiking, biking, skiing, and camping. There's always something to do outdoors! Our town has cute shops, friendly cafes, and seasonal events that celebrate mountain living. The school district is safe, inclusive, and an authentic learning experience. We have three dogs: Ukiah is 14, LB is 12, and Bill is 6. Ukiah's personality is sweet and gentle. Bill is smart, is very energetic, and never tires of being outside. LB is very loving, loyal, and playful. LB and Bill are always together. They love to hang out on our deck and look for wildlife.
Our Extended Family
Morgan has three brothers and a sister. His father and stepmother live in his childhood hometown. His mother splits time between homes in Texas and New Mexico. His oldest brother is married and has two kids. The next oldest brother lives with his long-term partner, and they have a son. Morgan has an aunt and uncle who live in his childhood hometown. He has cousins who live in Texas and New York.
Leticia’s parents came from large families. Her mother passed away almost ten years ago, and her father lives on their family’s ranch in West Texas with his dog. Her late mother’s side of the family mostly lives in Texas. Leticia has one brother and one sister, and they both live in Texas. Her brother is engaged to his partner, and he has two stepchildren. Her sister is married and has one boy. She has five aunts in Texas and too many cousins to count. Leticia’s father’s family lives across Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma, and she has six aunts and uncles and many cousins.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption fills us with excitement and anticipation to grow our family and offer a loving home to a child. While we haven't adopted before, witnessing the impact that adoption has had on close loved ones and a few friends inspired our decision. It's been a thoughtful journey of introspection, research, and heartfelt conversations. We're both in careers that are not normal 9 to 5s, and we have a lot of time freedom and flexibility which would allow us both to care for a child at home. The decision to adopt came after not being able to conceive on our own, and it's not lost on us the priceless gift that adoption offers. We are eager to have a family and provide a child with the love, support, and opportunities they deserve.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
