We will enjoy picnics in parks, going for walks, playing on playgrounds, fun festivals, and having outdoor adventures as simple yet delightful ways to spend time together. These activities encourage physical activity, creativity, and a strong connection with nature.
We celebrate holidays and special occasions with family and friends, which can create community and belonging for your child. As parents, supporting the child’s interests is crucial for their personal development. Whether they show an interest in sports, arts, music, science, or any other hobby, we will be there to encourage and guide them. Focusing on a private school option for their education will give them an opportunity to grow into their best self. We are excited about the possibility of welcoming a new life into our family. About Us
We are strong through communication, love, care, and adventures. We appreciate self-care by finding natural products within our supplements, greens, and everyday items we use while taking yoga classes or working out. We have three gardens in our yard and work in them by planting, picking, and weeding. We spend time with our dog, Zia, and go on walks. We enjoy playing or watching sports, such as volleyball, basketball, and football. We love spending time with friends and family at get-togethers, pool parties, dinners, festivals, and farmers markets. We have a wonderful group of people always supporting us through our journey and achievements. Kerry is always grilling and challenging himself to come up with new recipes. Katie likes to craft and paint. We find new places to travel and discover different local places. A beach is forever our favorite!
Our Home & Pets
Our home is a three-bedroom, two-bath ranch with a large fence in the backyard that’s just waiting for a playhouse, sandbox, and swingset. We enjoy spending a lot of time outside. Our home is centrally located; we’re close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, hospitals, and schools. Our neighborhood is quiet, small, and friendly. Our future child will go to a private school. We have a snuggly, loving dog named Zia, and she is seven years old. She enjoys walks and doggie daycare. She gets a lot of energy out when she plays with her doggie friends. We have many parks and trails throughout the city. Our downtown has developed to be family friendly with great locally owned restaurants, festivals, baseball stadiums, and more.
Our Extended Family
We have loving families on both sides. Katie has her mother, father, stepfather, sister, and brother. Kerry has his mother, father, two sisters, and a brother who sadly passed away. We are close with our two grandmothers, parents, cousins, aunts, uncles. We like to have get-togethers with our families to visit and catch up. Around the holidays, we will spend time at one another’s homes too. We love having cookouts, pool days, and playing games.
We also consider our friends to be extended family. We have an amazing set of friends that share the same beliefs and values we try to live our lives by. Just like our families, they want the best for us and our journey to grow our family. When we broke the news, they were as excited as we were, and it really makes everything that much easier. We have cookouts, swimming parties, and game nights; explore our city; try restaurants; celebrate everyone’s accomplishments; or just sit outside enjoying each other’s company. They mean a lot to us, and the new addition to our family will just be icing on the cake.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have been together for ten years and recently married. Our journey together to create a family has had its ups and downs and has not been what we expected. We started talking about having a family a few years ago but started seeing a doctor in 2022. We did all the correct steps, from finding the best fertility doctor to testing for both of us. We made the decision to stop any further testing and surgeries. Now we are here and excited to adopt. We are determined to grow our family. We have so much love to give and know this is the path meant for us.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
