dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We can only imagine the emotions you are feeling as you consider the best path forward for you and your baby. We want you to know how much we admire your strength and courage in making such a profound decision. We are so grateful you are taking the time to consider us as potential parents for your precious child.
The love we already feel for your baby is overwhelming, and the opportunity to raise a child is something we have longed for with all our hearts. We have tried to grow our family for many years, and our desire to nurture and guide a little one has only grown stronger. Our lives are filled with love, laughter, and joy, and we are excited to share all of that with a child. We have wonderful, supportive families who are just as excited as we are to welcome a new addition.
We love that the adoption process allows us to connect with someone as strong and selfless as you. We want to assure you that if you choose us, your baby will be cherished beyond measure. We promise to provide a safe, loving home where they can grow, learn, and thrive. We look forward to sharing our passions with them, from reading and music to family traditions and adventures.
Thank you for considering us. Whatever your decision may be, we wish you and your baby nothing but love and peace.
With deepest gratitude and love,
Jacob & Ruth
About Us
We are Jacob and Ruth. We are a dynamic couple, each with our own unique passions and talents. Jacob is laid-back and humorous and finds joy in fantasy role-playing games and reading medieval fantasy novels. His creativity extends to music; he plays both guitar and drums, often filling our home with melodies. Jacob works from home as a web developer and graphic designer. Ruth is a down-to-earth, fun-loving intellectual with a deep love for reading, puzzles, and board games. Highly organized and a great multitasker, she excels in her role as a fellowship program manager for doctors in training, where she balances structure with strong problem-solving skills. We share our lives with Lucy, our adorable beagle, whose favorite pastime is snuggling up for a nap, bringing a sense of warmth and comfort to our cozy home. We have been together for 11 years and married for seven years.
Our Home & Pets
Our home is nestled in a prime location in Pennsylvania, just a short drive from multiple major cities. We get to experience all four seasons where we live and really enjoy spending time in our fenced-in yard. The yard is ideal for our beloved beagle, Lucy, who enjoys playing with her toys and indulging in treats. Our home offers plenty of space, complete with a finished basement perfect for relaxation and hobbies. Our home is warm and inviting, especially when cozied up in front of the fireplace or unwinding in the hot tub. The neighborhood is family friendly, and the local school district is known for its excellent education and caring teachers, making it an ideal place to raise a family.
Our Extended Family
We are deeply connected to our extended family, finding joy and support in our close-knit relationships. Ruth is the youngest of 15 grandchildren and has a very large family. She has two sisters, both married, with children ranging from four to 11 years old (five children in total). Her sisters and parents live nearby, allowing for frequent family gatherings. We love spending time with our nieces and nephews, always planning something fun like bowling, swimming, or trips to the drive-in. Holiday cookouts are a favorite family tradition, where we all gather to enjoy good food and play board games.
Although Jacob’s brother and parents live a bit farther away, we stay in touch regularly and make sure to visit during holidays and for special occasions, like birthdays. Jacob shares a passion for online gaming with his brother. We enjoy spending time with Jacob’s parents outdoors, whether it’s fishing or hiking on their family farm.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have long dreamed of becoming parents. Our hearts are filled with the hope of raising a child and sharing the love and laughter that fills our lives. Despite trying multiple times to have a child on our own over the last several years, it never worked out, leaving us with an aching void. Our desire to become parents is only deepened by the joy we experience with our many nieces and nephews, whom we adore and love watching over. Every moment spent with them reinforces our longing to nurture and guide a child, to grow our family, and to bring happiness to a child who would be cherished beyond measure.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
