dear expectant mother
Dear Angel,
We call you an angel as you are our angel who may give us the most precious, beautiful, godsent gift. We understand the gift you give is a piece of your heart, and we will be forever grateful to you for this gift of life, should you choose us and make our dream of becoming parents come true.
We grew up in middle-class families in India, and there are a few things our parents taught us very early in life: Live life with integrity, respect, and honesty, and love and support your family. These values were also affirmed through the strong education emphasis in our lives. We hope to raise a baby with the same love, care, and values. Any child we are blessed to raise will get a very healthy, happy, and positive environment to grow in and get the best education possible.
We believe in family values and bonds and wish to pass them on to the next generation. They will grow up with a loving circle of family and friends. Our aspiration is to raise a child who is caring, humble, and loving and who aspires to make this world a better place. That is what we believe is life’s true purpose.

About Us
We are a fun-loving couple who loves life. We value honesty and integrity and live by these in our everyday life. We believe whatever happens in life is part of God’s plan for the best. We both have engineering degrees and have successful careers in the software/IT Industry. Our love for travel has taken us across the globe, we have traveled to almost 16 countries together, we can’t wait for a little one to join us on adventures! Prashant is the adventurous one and has tried skydiving, paragliding, and other adventure sports. Ira is the creative one and loves to design beautiful spaces, and cook different cuisines . We are looking forward to becoming parents and making our family complete. We want to give a child a very happy and healthy home and at the same time impart good education and values and raise her/him as a good and happy human being.
Our Home
We moved into our new home in Washington a year ago. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with lush green trees and mountains. There are many nearby opportunities to hike, visit lakes for a picnic, or camp. There are good schools and shopping opportunities around the area as well. We have very close friends from all walks of life, nationalities and religions in our neighborhood. They are like our extended family too. The neighborhood kids are excited to meet their new lifelong friend as we grow our family.
Our Extended Family
Both of us lost our fathers a few years back; our moms both live in India. Ira has an older brother who also lives in India. He is married and has a cute four-year-old boy. Prashant also has an older brother in India. He is married and has a daughter who is eight years old. We both have extended families and cousins living in both the U.S. and India. Both our Mom’s visit us from time to time, Ira’s Mom is currently visiting and both of them are having fun showing her around.
Our cousins are spread across the US and we visit each other from time to time and also meet for family weddings and functions.
We celebrate many festivals—Festival of Lights (Diwali),Halloween - The fun festival, Festival of Hope and Love (Christmas), Festival of Color (Holi)—with our friends and family and have fun vacations around the world.
What Led Us To Adoption
Although we are a very happy couple, the idea of adding a child to our family is very exciting, we long to become parents. We have always wanted children but haven’t been able to have biological children. We have always wanted to adopt, as many of our friends have adopted children; it has brought so much joy to their lives. Their journeys have inspired us to move forward with our own adoption journey. We’re so happy to be here!

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
