Dear Expectant Mother,
We want to thank you for reading our profile. We hope as you read, you get to know us and see us as parents to your child. We understand this will not be an easy choice to make. We don’t know you yet, but we are so lucky to be considered to receive your selfless gift of love. You will be giving us the family we always wanted. We would love to share your child’s life and experiences with you in any way you feel suits you best. You will always be honored and loved in our home.
Three things that are important to us when raising our future children are:
1.) Raising them to be a good human. Kindness is important in this world.
2.) Providing a loving and supportive home where children can be themselves and reach their fullest potential.
3.) Learning about the world around them and themselves. School is important to us, but we know it does not suit everyone.
We promise a yard to run around in, bedtime stories, homemade waffles for breakfast (or dinner!), road trips, and a family where they don’t feel alone. We promise to make your child our priority and give them the best life we can provide.

About Us
We met in college 25 years ago. We love to travel and have been to some extraordinary places. We lived in Europe for eight years and decided to move back to the U.S. to focus on starting our family. We love to listen to music, solve jigsaw puzzles, cook, and of course, eat. We are always trying to stay active with long walks and exercise. We think there is nothing better than curling up on a Friday night watching our favorite show or a new movie. Hata is a first grade teacher, and Mike is a pharmacist who works in pharmaceutical sourcing. Every day we make each other laugh without fail! We are goofy and nerdy at times and are best friends. We love celebrating birthdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with family dinners and plenty of laughter. We are ready to start our family with new memories and raise a child to laugh and explore life with us.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a sweet, three-bedroom house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have plenty of room for toys, games, and outdoor activities. All of our neighbors know each other and there are plenty of children on our block. Our schools are safe and filled with neighborhood children. We are close to a major city, great shopping, and a community water park. We have two rambunctious cats, Milo and Buster. These boys are very fuzzy and affectionate and love to play catch. They love cuddling on the couch and are very friendly cats. We often find ourselves laughing at all the mischief they get into. Our home needs the noise of children, and our cats would welcome any extra hands that could give them attention and treats.
Our Extended Family
We both have extended families that are excited to welcome a baby. We think they have been hoping for a baby longer than we have!
On Mike’s side, he has both of his parents and a brother with his own family. Mike is close to his brother and is adored by his nieces. He is often found playing games with them and being a great uncle. Mike’s family is from Poland and follows many traditions during holidays; they also speak Polish fluently. Sunday dinners at Mike’s parents’ house are common and our way of keeping the generational connection alive.
On Hata’s side, she has recently lost her beloved mom but still has her father. Her family is from Bosnia. She is the oldest of three. Her sister and four nephews live in the south, while her brother lives close by. Hata is very close with her siblings and nephews. Daily text messages and Zoom calls are common. Get-togethers are filled with laughter and good home-cooked food courtesy of Hata.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption has been a dream of Hata’s since she was a child. We talked about having children early on in our relationship and how adoption was an option. After our journey to have children biologically ended, we both happily turned with open hearts and minds to adoption. Adoption is giving us an opportunity to create a family. We know the road ahead will be bumpy and very emotional, but we feel our time has come to start our own family. We have been working toward having our own family for over ten years now and are ready to jump into this new adventure.

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
