dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We cannot express just how much it means to us that you would consider us to become parents to your baby. We admire your nobility and bravery as you contemplate this decision. Pregnancy and delivery are no small thing, and we will be praying for you and your baby all along the way.
Please know that if we are chosen, we will share with your child your loving and selfless act. We promise to love your child unconditionally. We will raise them knowing the Lord and bring them up with Christian values. They will be raised in a way that you will be proud of. We look forward to showing our love for them in so many ways. They will know our love not just by us telling them every day but by how we will center our family around them. We look forward to adventures both big and small. Dave dreams of coaching sports teams and lifting up your child to put the star on the Christmas tree. Danielle looks forward to bedtime snuggles and reading every night along with helping them reel in their first fish.
Again, thank you for reading and looking at our profile. Our hope is that you can feel relief knowing we would take amazing care of your baby. We are beyond excited to become parents and feel blessed to possibly share this journey with you.
With love and dreams,
Danielle & Dave
About Us
We are Danielle and Dave. We met in 2020 and have been inseparable ever since. We talked and laughed on the phone for hours at a time before meeting for our first date. Our first date was 12 hours long, and we knew from then on we had found each other’s perfect complement. We got married in 2022. We both work in healthcare; Danielle is a dental hygienist who also manages her busy office. Dave is a firefighter/paramedic of 25 years. We are both fortunate to have careers where we get our full-time hours in while working fewer days for more time together. We also volunteer in our community, with Dave at a volunteer fire department and Danielle at our church thrift shop. We are both, as Dave puts it, “water bugs” and enjoy as much time as we can on the water. We are huge holiday enthusiasts, sports fans, and movie buffs.
Our Home
We live in a cul-de-sac in a subdivision in a rural area in northern Illinois. We love the low traffic and peace and quiet of our area. Kids are always outside and playing in the neighborhood. The school district we belong to is great. Our home is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch. The heart of our home is the kitchen, where Danielle loves to host friends and family and Dave entertains everyone with music and stories while dinner is being made. We are within 20 minutes of Danielle’s entire family, which is why our location is perfect for us.
Our Extended Family
We have been told many times it takes a village to raise a child, and we are blessed to have our village. We spend weekly family time with Danielle’s family since everyone lives very close. Dave’s family is spread out, so we don’t get to see them as often but make great memories when we can. We also have many friends who have families whom we consider family as well.
We love to travel all over, but our annual family trip up to northern Wisconsin is our favorite. We go fishing and outdoors riding and have lake days together with Danielle’s family. Traditions we have done since we met have been taking our niece and nephews on seasonal dates, including mini golf, go karts, waterparks, Christmas dates, and apple orchards.
Holidays are so exciting due to our close-knit families and friends. We do Fourth of July parties, trick-or-treating with the kids, and too many Christmas traditions to mention. Christmas Eve at Danielle’s parents’ house is a forever tradition where the entire family gathers every year and makes us feel so blessed and grateful.
What Led Us To Adoption
Before we met, Danielle was already contemplating adoption on her own someday. Then after meeting Dave and seeing how wonderful he is with family and friends’ children, she knew God’s plan was to have children together. Medical reasons have prevented us from having children biologically, but that has not deterred us. We are excited to start family building through adoption. We have gotten so much support since we had made this decision and are excited to adopt.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
