dear expectant mother
To a Selfless Mother:
We can only imagine the difficult decision you are facing in considering an adoption plan for your child. We understand the challenges and the strength it takes to make tough choices. We want you to know you are a brave and selfless individual for considering your options.
Adopting a child is a responsibility we do not take lightly. We understand the importance of providing a safe and loving home for our future child. Our family is excited to create new traditions with our child and continue the old ones. Whether it's going on vacations, celebrating birthdays, attending school activities, playing sports, lounging at the beach, or simply enjoying the weekends, we will cherish every moment. We can’t wait to be parents!
If you choose us, we will support you, respect you, and be understanding about your level of comfort and communication. Your child will always know about their selfless birthmother and the love it took for her to make this decision. We believe it is essential to acknowledge and celebrate the role you would play in bringing our family together. We are open to any level of continuing relationship you are comfortable with.
We remain hopeful and excited about the possibility of growing our family through adoption. We hope you have support and peace while making this challenging decision. Thank you for considering our family as a potential home for your child. We appreciate the time you took to learn about us.
Warmest regards,
Ray and Brittany
About Us
We first met in 2010, but that wasn’t when our relationship technically began. Fate had other plans for us when we officially started our flame in 2020, and we have been inseparable ever since. Brittany is nurturing, loving, and passionate. Ray is outgoing, caring, and driven. Brittany loves cooking and baking, especially when we host events for friends and family. Ray spends a lot of time working with his hands, like fixing things around the house or being outside maintaining our backyard. Together, we enjoy hiking and walking to the beach with our dogs. Brittany is a clinical nurse supervisor while also maintaining patient care as a floor nurse. Ray is a product manager working remotely for a well-known tool company. Our jobs may be different, but we balance each other out!
Our Home & Pets
We live in a house in the center of a thriving beach town in Connecticut with our two little dogs, Henry and Pastina. We live within walking distance of downtown, the beach, and parks. We are always at the beach in the summertime, having dinner and watching the sunset. Our dogs enjoy a daily walk around the town. We have always envisioned having a little one by our side. Our home includes two bedrooms and a large, finished basement perfect for kids to play in and enjoy. We have a humble backyard in a safe development surrounded by loving neighbors and their children.
Our Extended Family
Ray has one brother, seven cousins, two parents, and an adorable nephew. Every year we travel to North Carolina to celebrate Thanksgiving with all of the extended family and grandparents. This is always such an amazing time for everyone to get together since our family is scattered across the country. Ray and his family have gone down to Long Beach Island his entire life like clockwork; this family tradition has stayed constant in his life, and it is where his love for the beach began.
Brittany’s favorite family tradition, aside from Sunday dinners at her parents’ house, is their Christmas Eve celebration. This includes her three siblings, parents, and 12 nieces and nephews. Each Christmas Eve there is an elaborate dinner inspired by the Feast of Seven Fishes. The night is filled with family, games, and even a surprise visit from Santa to hand out gifts. Family is so important to both of us, and we can’t wait to start new traditions with our growing family.
What Led Us To Adoption
Brittany was diagnosed with stage four cancer when she was only a baby, and the years of chemotherapy took a toll on her body. Since she was young, she always knew there was a possibility she would not be able to have children naturally. Adoption was always at the forefront of her mind, and she knew this would be an amazing opportunity. Ray is an incredibly supportive partner and has never thought twice about this being the right decision for us. Ray firmly believes adoption is amazing and beautiful. We both grew up around friends and family who were adopted and are able to see the wonderful lives they have.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
