We take pride in making sure people understand their past and the sacrifices that were made to get them there. Your child will always know that it was because of love that you chose a family that wanted them so badly. About Us
We are an enthusiastic and passionate couple that enjoys the value of family connections. We met about seven years ago through a mutual friend, and we knew it was love at first sight. Brian is a registered nurse, and it shows through his big heart and care for others. Cody is a historian who values education and building connections with people. Together we enjoy family nights where we put together puzzles, play board games, have the occasional dance party, take our dog for long walks, and cuddle up watching Disney movies while eating popcorn. We also enjoy family time with our nieces and nephews, where we always have a blast.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a vibrant and family friendly suburb west of Chicago. With plenty of parks and children in our neighborhood, we cannot imagine a better place to raise a child. Our town is diverse with fantastic schools and a great sense of community from everyone that lives here. Our dog, Henry, is the sweetest and most curious creature; he loves meeting new people and playing with children, and children love playing with him. Everyone in our neighborhood is active in the community with volunteering and aiding those in need. Our neighborhood is the perfect atmosphere to raise an amazing child with other children.
Our Extended Family
Combined, we have twenty-two nieces and nephews. Brian's parents live close by, and we enjoy seeing them often. Brian had two brothers, but sadly, he lost his youngest brother recently. While he isn’t here in person, we know he’ll forever be watching and loving us and our future child from above. Brian’s other brother lives in Texas. He also has numerous close friends, many of them nearby and are thought of as siblings. Brian has two step-siblings, both with children and one with triplets! When we get together, we enjoy playing family games after cooking a huge dinner with each other. We take a yearly vacation as a family to our cabin in Northern Wisconsin, where we hike, fish, have beach days, tell campfire stories, ride ATVs, and take nature walks.
Originally from Michigan, Cody has two brothers and two sisters. His family is tight knit and they enjoy spending time with each other outdoors. When we go to Michigan to visit, we help his mother garden, learn old family recipes, take nature walks, and/or beach visits to Lake Michigan. His oldest brother has three children that the grandparents love to visit and spoil. His second oldest brother loves crafting and art, by making his own decor. He takes all his nieces and nephews in for the holidays where they make yearly presents..
Our families offer nothing but love and support for us, and we are so grateful to have been given such a caring and close family.
What Led Us To Adoption
We always wanted to grow our family; we know we are meant to be dads. We come from big families that have spread across the United States, but we have tight connections. We have a large family with many nieces and nephews. It has always been in our minds to adopt and grow our family with the love only a child can bring. We’ve been blessed to watch the kids in our lives grow and want to experience this joy. We are so excited to be here and start our journey to grow our family!

Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
