dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mother,
We can’t even imagine having to make the decision you are considering. The strength you have to go through this process speaks volumes about who you are and what you are willing to do for you and your baby. We know this is not an easy process for you, and we cannot express to you how thankful we are that you are considering an adoption plan.
We want more than anything to be parents and to have a child we can love, support, and raise, and we are unable to do that on our own. We have so much love for a child that we don’t even have yet that we talk about “our kids” or “the kids” all the time hoping that someday those statements will be a reality. We want nothing more than to love your baby with all of our hearts. You could be the answer we have been looking for, and nothing would make us happier than you giving us the opportunity to be parents.

About Us
John is a highly motivated person who works and plays hard. He enjoys woodworking, disc golf, cooking, brewing, and playing video games. He is currently employed with a telecommunications company in sales. Ashley is a social, outgoing, and compassionate person who is very goal oriented and passionate about her career. She is a former first grade teacher and current preschool and childcare director and has her master's in early childhood education and development. She has a lot of flexibility with her job and sets her own schedule. She loves spending time with friends and family and especially enjoys the summertime and warm weather. We would describe our relationship as best friends. We were both experiencing hardships when we found each other and lifted each other up and found a type of love that was stronger than anything we could have imagined. We tackle everything in life with a sense of humor and much laughter.
Our Home
Our community is in a suburb outside of a large city. We like to say we have the big city feeling with the small town community. We are within driving distance of anything you might want to do, including great restaurants, parks, and exciting places to take a family. John’s brother and uncle both live in the area within 20 miles. The school district is large, with plenty of opportunity in sports, academics, and anything else a student might want to do. Ashley is the director of a preschool in the area, with plenty of connections for playdates, outings, and get-togethers.
Our Extended Family
John has seven siblings (five brothers and two sisters). He has three sets of aunts and uncles on his dad’s side and five sets on his mom’s side. His dad’s side of the family all lives in the same state as us, while his mom’s side of the family lives in various states across the country.
Ashley has a smaller immediate family with a large extended family. She has two sisters who are her best friends and biggest supporters. She is very close with her mom, dad, and stepmom. She also has two step-siblings. She has five sets of aunts and uncles on her mom's side and two sets on her dad's side. The majority of her family lives in Nebraska.
In our family, our traditions all revolve around food and company. The most prominent family tradition on John’s side is to get together in the summer months for cookouts, camping trips, and adventures. A big focus for our family right now is to hang up all technology and focus on being together. Card games and board games dominate most of the time we spend together.
What Led Us To Adoption
What excites us the most about adoption is the opportunity to love and raise a child even though we are unable to biologically create and carry one. We have long dreamed of starting a family together and to be part of nurturing someone other than ourselves. Both of us have a background in education due to a passion for helping children grow into the best versions of themselves, and we know this will transfer over into our growing family. Ashley’s father is adopted, and we know she would not be here with us today if her grandparents had not made the decision to adopt.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
