dear expectant mother
Adoption is an emotional process that is very near and dear to our hearts. It is something we have wanted to pursue from the very beginning, so please allow us to start by saying we are in awe of your strength and bravery. Considering adoption is one of the hardest choices anyone can ever make. You are very much someone who puts your child's best interest ahead of your own, and for this, we want to thank you and assure you that we will unconditionally love this gift you may grant us until the end of time.
If you choose our family, please know your child will never know a day without love, comfort, protection, nurturing, and guidance. They will be raised to know we will support them fully in every way to find their path in life. They will know it is okay to fail sometimes and that learning to overcome those failures is a rewarding experience because it will teach them how to do things differently and bravely take on new challenges in life.
We understand that what will be the happiest of days in our lives will be some of the hardest in yours, so we’d like to thank you once again for your consideration of us becoming parents for your child. We truly cannot wait to start what we only imagine to be an unforgettable journey.
About Us
We are Amanda and Albert (usually called Alby), and we have been together since 2013. We got married in the midst of COVID in 2020 but still had an intimate, casual wedding with immediate family and close friends. We met many years ago when we bowled together in a league. We both share a passion for the sport, but admittedly Alby does way more than Amanda does—ask anyone! We love to travel to our favorite destinations as much as possible, Maine or Walt Disney World. We have been going to Disney as much as possible since starting our journey together in 2013. We also enjoy going to sporting events when we can: baseball games, hockey games, or football. We also frequent concerts as well, but this, we can admit, is more so Amanda than Alby. We are also pretty laid back and enjoy movie nights.
Our Home & Pets
We live in a small subtown that is a street over from where Amanda’s dad grew up. We have been in our home since 2016. Our street is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and attentive. We live about 45 minutes from the beach, and in our town, there is a local movie theater and a park that holds a yearly hot air balloon festival. We also live close to an amusement park and about an hour’s drive to an aquarium. We have four fur babies in our home: two cats, Natsu and Beerus, and two dogs, Kylo and Tokki. Kylo is a Lab mix that loves attention and is very good with kids; the more pets, the better. He has an excellent temperament and is gentle. Tokki is our new puppy and is the happiest little fluff ball.
Our Extended Family
Alby comes from a large family. He has an older sister and younger brother, and our favorite nephew just made us both a great-uncle and aunt! We see Alby’s siblings almost on a daily basis and have a great time. We never leave without our sides hurting from laughter.
Amanda comes from a smaller family and is an only child but is very close to her cousins, who are like siblings to her. Amanda is always talking with her mom and spending lots of time together, while with her dad, it’s all about the sports and concerts they attend together. We also travel to Amanda’s parents’ house in Florida for a relaxing time.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption is a journey we have talked about since the beginning of our relationship. Amanda was very adamant on adoption being the way to bring a child into our lives, and Alby has wholeheartedly supported that decision. Amanda herself was adopted as an infant and has been aware of this since she was a young child. Being accepted into a warm and loving home by her own parents fueled Amanda’s desire to hopefully do the same for a child when she was ready to become a mother herself. Adoption is something we both feel strongly about, and we feel it is the right decision for our family. Welcoming a child into our home filled with warmth, fun, and love is our deepest hope.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence
As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.
Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.
The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.
Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
