We can only imagine the weight of the decision you are facing, and we want you to know we are here to support you as best we can. Your selflessness in considering adoption for your child is both humbling and inspiring, and we are filled with gratitude for the love and care you are already showing to your little one.

As we navigate this journey of adoption, our hearts are overflowing with a mixture of emotions: anticipation, excitement, and a huge sense of responsibility. We feel very blessed to have the opportunity to become parents through adoption, and we are committed to providing a loving and nurturing home for your precious child. The thought of welcoming your baby into our lives fills us with overwhelming joy, and we promise to cherish every moment, honoring this gift with the gratitude it deserves.

Please know as we embark on this journey together, while we may feel scared at times, our hearts are open and our arms are ready to embrace your child with boundless love, remembering that God = LOVE. We are eternally grateful for the opportunity to be considered as adoptive parents, and we pledge to honor your decision with the utmost respect and care.

With heartfelt appreciation,
Owen & Rebecca

About Us

We met in college and are total opposites—Rebecca the extrovert and Owen the introvert—but we balance each other! Our core values are the same, and that is why we work. Rebecca supervises curriculum and instruction with the public-school system, and Owen is an accountant. Our personalities are reflected in our careers: Rebecca has a deep commitment to education, which reflects her passion for growing young minds, and Owen is detail oriented and excellent with managing finances, which reflects his incredible patience and dependability. Rebecca enjoys shopping and planning. Owen loves drag racing, which he has done with his dad since he was 12. We love to travel, watch football, and eat at different restaurants. We also love live music! We are both heavily involved in multiple non-profit organizations within our community that each focus on children and their overall well-being.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a four-bedroom home with three full bathrooms, in a quiet subdivision. We have a large yard with a lot of pine trees and great neighbors. Our town is a small town with an excellent school district. We live close to the house Owen grew up in and where his parents still live. We have a small dog who is very old but sweet, and he loves meeting new people! We both work within five miles of our home in the same town where we live. Our town is golf-cart friendly, so we drive ours around on the weekends to the local parks and to attend the numerous festivities our town offers monthly.

Our Extended Family

Our families are just like us—total opposites! Rebecca’s family lives in different places, while Owen’s parents are about an hour away from us and still live in the same house where he grew up. His aunts and three of his cousins also live close to us.

We spend every Christmas and Easter with Owen’s family, and for Thanksgiving, we go to Rebecca’s mom and stepdad’s in Florida. Unfortunately, Rebecca lost her father in July 2020. He was one of ten siblings, so Rebecca has too many cousins to count; fourteen of them all keep in touch via a group text and visit each other often.

Owen has one older brother and Rebecca has two older siblings, a brother and a sister. Our siblings are married with children. Owen’s brother lives in West Virginia with his wife and child. They visit every summer, and they rotate coming down for Christmas and Thanksgiving each year. Rebecca’s siblings both live in Ohio; her brother has two children, and her sister has three. We visit them at least once a year. Owen grew up racing cars with his dad. We love our racing family, and they are a part of our lives outside of racing.

What Led Us To Adoption

Rebecca grew up with a younger cousin who was in foster care. Her mother desperately wanted to adopt him but couldn’t because there were not enough bedrooms. Ever since then, adoption was always an “I will one day.” While our journey to parenthood was not what we expected, we understand that it was meant to be. We have built a very stable life we are proud of and have chosen to embrace the journey of adoption because this choice gave us both peace in knowing that there is an expectant mother somewhere waiting for us to love and raise her child. We hope she knows that we will cherish and protect her gift with our lives.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
