dear expectant mother

Although we can only imagine how difficult this process has been for you, we do know you are a selfless and loving mother to your baby. We thank you for your consideration to be chosen as parents for your precious little one. If you do choose us, you should know your baby will be loved unconditionally for who they are. We want nothing more than to raise a child together and to add to our blended family. With or without our fertility struggles, we always wanted to adopt. This path was meant for us.

We are eager to meet you and your baby and can assure you we are prepared to give this child a happy, safe, and loving home. We are a close-knit family, and your baby will have an immense amount of support and love from our HUGE family. Your child will have devoted parents who already want them more than anything in the world. We can also offer the best education available, a safe and beautiful home, traditions, culture, and more travel than you can imagine. This child will know the world because we have been working hard at making that a possibility for our family. It would be our greatest honor if you chose us, but either way, we wish you peace with your choice.

About Us

We met over 30 years ago at a mutual friend’s house, dated briefly, and went our separate ways but stayed in touch through the years. Ben was married for 13 years and has three biological children. In that time, Grisel became the caretaker to her grandparents and her niece. Fifteen years ago, Ben came back into Grisel’s life in a more profound way. We quickly became great friends, which led to us becoming best friends who fell in love. We have been married for eight years and are a blended family with four children and three pets. Ben works in the aerospace industry as a technical trainer, which led us to move to Texas. Grisel works in the medical field running an orthopedic office. With our move to Texas, Grisel has been able to work part-time from home and is able to be a stay-at-home mom.

Our Home & Pets

Originally from California, we moved to a peaceful and safe, gated community by the bay in Texas. We built our dream home recently, a modern farmhouse with ample space. The backyard has a beautiful pool with a huge patio and fire pit area. There is plenty of room for a playset, and we look forward to the days full of outdoor playtime, swimming, and BBQs with friends and family. Ben’s employer offers an onsite, first-class education for their employees’ children with their private school. If you do us the honor, your child will have the best education available. Cats and dogs have always been a part of our home, and we sometimes foster for local shelters. We currently have two cats and one new puppy in our family!

Our Extended Family

We both come from very large extended families that are spread out in multiple countries and across the U.S. Ben has four siblings with a combined 17 children, and Grisel has two siblings and several cousins who are more like siblings; they all have children of their own. This makes for family gatherings full of joy, laughter, love, and excitement while surrounded by food. Although we are spread out all over, we always make time to see each other during holidays or special events which means we travel to wherever the family might be. There is never a shortage of stories told at gatherings so we are rich in history and keep each other up to date on our adventures.

What Led Us To Adoption

Although we have raised children separately and as a couple, we would like a child we can raise together from infancy. Ben’s children were young adults and a teen at the time we got married. Grisel’s niece was eight years old when she was given custody. All four children are now adults, independent, and on their own. We would love to have another child we can add to our blended family to raise and love from the very beginning of their life. Adoption is the only way to make this dream come true due to infertility. Adoption has always been a part of our plan even if we had been successful at having a biological child.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
