dear expectant mother

We cannot begin to express our thanks for the sacrifice you are making with your body, mind, and spirit. Thank you for taking the time to look at our profile. This decision you are considering is life changing, and we hope you take a moment to consider allowing us to love your child. This decision needs to feel right for you as this decision is one that will last a lifetime.

Family is the most important thing in our lives. We want to be able to bring your child into our home and our hearts. We want to instill in our future child good moral values; to love and respect anyone regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation; and to always try their best at anything they do. We cannot wait to play games with them, read with them, support them when their hearts are broken, and be their biggest cheerleader when they do something amazing. They will be loved and supported by all the people in our lives. In fact, family members are already fighting over who will get to have baby holding time and sleepovers first.

A few paragraphs are not nearly enough to truly get to know someone, but we hope we have sparked an interest. Words cannot express how much we look forward to being parents and loving a child. Thank you so much!

About Us

We were married in June of 2019 after having met in January of 2018. We are not only married but best friends. Amy is a teacher, and Loy works in automobile insurance. In our free time, we enjoy playing video games, kayaking, hiking trails at state parks, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. We both have a love for animals and spend time training and playing with our three Australian shepherds. We are also annual passholders to Walt Disney World and go about once a month.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a four-bedroom home in Florida. Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, and many state parks are all within a reasonable driving distance from us. We live with our three dogs: Terra (11), Koda (16 months) and Leyla (16 months). Koda and Leyla are litter mates although we got Koda at 8 weeks old and Leyla at 7 months old. We enjoy taking the dogs on regular walks around the neighborhood, which is multicultural and has a clubhouse with a pool.

Our Extended Family

Amy is an only child and speaks with her mother daily. We and her mother frequent Disney together, going about once a month, and typically we get together with her parents two to three times a month for dinner and to just spend time with one another. She has 13 cousins, but only three live in Florida. One cousin she views almost like a little sister and has watched her grow up; that cousin is grown and is starting her profession. Another cousin we see on a bi-weekly basis as he comes to a Dungeons and Dragons game that we host in our home.

Loy is one of five children. His immediate family gets together typically once a month for dinner and to play games like Pictionary, Taboo, and card games. We try to see each sibling at least once a month to have dinner, talk, and play a game. His extended family rents a 50-person cabin in Tennessee once every other year to come together and enjoy Labor Day weekend with each other.

What Led Us To Adoption

Adoption is something that has always interested us. While dating, we mentioned to each other that we were both interested in possibly adopting a child when the time came, even if we were able to conceive naturally. Amy is extremely close with her mother and wants to be able to have a similar relationship with her child. Loy comes from a very large family and knows how much a loving and supportive family can affect a child’s life in a real and positive way.

Choose a Family for
Your Baby With Confidence

As you browse our list of hopeful adoptive parents, you can feel confident in knowing that all of the adoptive families working with Angel Adoption are prepared to offer your baby a safe, stable, and loving environment along with a wealth of opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life.

Each adoptive parent has been thoroughly evaluated through a home study course conducted by a licensed agency. A completed home study means the family is emotionally, physically, and financially ready to adopt a baby.

The home study process includes assessments of each parent’s character, marital stability, financial situation, lifestyle, and medical history. The agency also runs background checks to verify there is no record of criminal activity or child abuse. In addition, a social worker will inspect the family’s home to ensure it is a safe environment for a child.

Furthermore, Angel Adoption requires each family to be educated on adopting and parenting. After a baby has been placed with the adoptive family, a social worker will continue to monitor and supervise the family. We go to great lengths to make sure all the families you have to choose from are going to be excellent parents for your baby!
